Grilled Salmon Kebabs - Living with Ivey

Ingredients

  • pounds of wild salmon, skin off and cubed
  • cup lemon juice (1 large lemon)
  • tablespoon dijon mustard
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • tablespoons chopped parsley
  • tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • clove of minced garlic
  • teaspoon honey
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • lemons, sliced

Instructions

  • Marinate salmon cubed for ten minutes
  • Skewer salmon cubed and lemon slices
  • Grill at 400 for 4 minutes each side
