Ingredients

  • head of Bibb lettuce
  • cup shelled steamed edamame
  • sliced avocado
  • tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • thinly sliced watermelon radish
  • tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • cup rice vinegar
  • tsp raw honey
  • tsp light yellow miso
  • tablespoon coconut aminos
  • Combine the above and gradually whisk in
  • tablespoon toasted sesame oil
