  • 1 Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 0.08 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.08 tsp Paprika
  • 0.17 tsp Salt
  • 0.04 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 3.67 tbsp Olive Oil


  • Combine seasoning in a mixing bowl and stir to evenly combine.
  • Pat dry chicken cubes thoroughly and add to bowl.
  • Coat evenly with hands.
  • Coat a cast iron pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Add chicken cubes to the pan and arrange evenly.
  • Turn heat to medium high (cooking chicken beginning with a cold pan always ends up crispier; don’t ask me why but it does).
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown.
