INGREDIENTS

  • 4 packed cups of basil
  • 1 small shallot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (1/2 a lemon)
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Using a high speed blender, add all ingredients except olive oil
  • Blend/pulse to combine
  • Gradually add in olive oil last while blending at low speed to emulsify
