Snapper Ceviche

Snapper Ceviche - Living with Ivey

Description

Simple, clean, and refreshing. You can use any white fish you like, but I find snapper is the best texture.

Ingredients

  • lbs red snapper, skinned and diced
  • cup lime juice (2 limes)
  • cup lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • cup orange juice (1/2 an orange)
  • jalapeΓ±o, seeded and diced
  • red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • red onion, thinly sliced using a mandolin
  • minced garlic cloves
  • tsp cumin
  • tbsp chopped cilantro
  • tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the chopped cilantro and olive oil.Β 
  • After chilling in the fridge for 30 minutes, add in the chopped cilantro and olive oil and garnish with cilantro and sliced avocado.Β
