INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lbs red snapper, skinned and diced
  • 0.25 cup lime juice (2 limes)
  • 0.13 cup lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 0.13 cup orange juice (1/2 an orange)
  • 0.5 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • 0.5 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 0.5 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 0.25 red onion, thinly sliced using a mandolin
  • 1 minced garlic cloves
  • 0.06 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except for the chopped cilantro and olive oil. 
  • After chilling in the fridge for 30 minutes, add in the chopped cilantro and olive oil and garnish with cilantro and sliced avocado.
