Ingredients
- cup soaked cashews (soaked 8-12 hours, overnight)
- cups filtered water
- pitted date
- teaspoon vanilla extract
- teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Drain soaked cashews in a colander
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 1 minute
- Transfer to a jug and refrigerate (no need to strain through a nut bag)
- Lasts 10-14 days
