Cashew Milk - Living with Ivey

Ingredients

  • cup soaked cashews (soaked 8-12 hours, overnight)
  • cups filtered water
  • pitted date
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Drain soaked cashews in a colander
  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 1 minute
  • Transfer to a jug and refrigerate (no need to strain through a nut bag)
  • Lasts 10-14 days
