INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 cup soaked cashews (soaked 8-12 hours, overnight)
  • 1.5 cups filtered water
  • 0.5 pitted date
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Drain soaked cashews in a colander
  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 1 minute
  • Transfer to a jug and refrigerate (no need to strain through a nut bag)
  • Lasts 10-14 days
