INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 juiced peeled pineapple Using a juicer, juice 1 peeled pineapple, including the core, and 4 fresh peeled turmeric roots/fingers - Yields about 2 cups
  • 0.13 orange (1 large orange wedge)
  • 1 oz blanco tequila

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Using a cocktail shaker, squeeze 1/2 lime and 1 large orange wedge and discard rinds
  • Add 2oz of tequila to the shaker and fill 3/4 full with ice
  • Shake and strain over an ice filled glass
  • Add 4 ounces of Pineapple Turmeric Juice to the glass
  • Optional - garnish with a splash of club soda
