INGREDIENTS

  • 0.25 cup pitted dates
  • 0.25 cup shredded carrots (2 large carrots)
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 0.25 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.13 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 0.06 tsp sea salt flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until light dough forms
  • Roll into balls with hands and add bamboo stick
