INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb mahi mahi
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice 1/2 a lime
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pat dry mahi thoroughly
  • Cut mahi into 1 inch cubes
  • Whisk together all other ingredients in a bowl
  • Add mahi cubes and let marinate for 10 minutes
  • Heat grill to medium heat
  • Skewer mahi cubes
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes each side
