With Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • pound ahi tuna
  • egg or flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax seed with 2.5 tablespoons water - let sit for 3 minutes until egg like in consistency)
  • garlic cloves
  • teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • cup chopped green onions (any onion will do)
  • tablespoon coconut aminos
  • tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • tablespoon almond flour

Instructions

  • Using a food processor, dice tuna into fine chunks
  • In a bowl mix together diced tuna and all other ingredients
  • Form into patties
  • Using a grill or grill pan, heat to 400Β° or medium-high heat if using stovetop/grill pan
  • Cook for 3 minutes each side
  • Serve with Parsnip Fries
