INGREDIENTS

  • 2 parsnips, peeled and cut into fries
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil chosen
  • 0.25 tsp frontier coop Garlic and herb seasoning
  • Avocado oil spray chosen
  • Pinch of Maldon sea salt flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Toss raw parsnip fries in 2 tablespoons avocado oil and garlic herb seasoning 
  • Pour into air fryer basket and spread out evenly 
  • Fry at 400° for 18 minutes, tossing halfway with a few sprays of avocado oil
  • Transfer to platter and sprinkle with maldon salt flakes 
  • Serve with unsweetened ketchup (1g of sugar and sweetened with balsamic vinegar!) 
  • *If not using an air fryer, lay oil coated seasoned parsnips on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 400° for 30-45 minutes in the oven, flipping half way.
