INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 Bushel of chopped curly green kale
  • 1 handfuls of baby kale, chopped
  • 0.5 handful of chopped dill
  • 0.5 handful of micro-greens
  • 0.5 sliced watermelon radish
  • Avocado “roses” with sesame seeds
  • Raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • Creamy White Balsamic Dressing

  • 0.13 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons of dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon of Manuka honey
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 0.5 clove of minced garlic (1 minced shallot is great too)
  • 0.25 cup of olive oil, emulsified by whisking into the vinegar mixture above
