Ingredients
- Bushel of chopped curly green kale
- handfuls of baby kale, chopped
- handful of chopped dill
- handful of micro-greens
- sliced watermelon radish
- Avocado βrosesβ with sesame seeds
- Raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- cup white balsamic vinegar
- tablespoons of dijon mustard
- teaspoon of Manuka honey
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- clove of minced garlic (1 minced shallot is great too)
- cup of olive oil, emulsified by whisking into the vinegar mixture above
