Grilled Shrimp Skewers - Living with Ivey

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb peeled and deveined shrimp (about 25 U-16 shrimp)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice 1/2 a lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • After cleaning shrimp, pat dry thoroughly
  • In a mixing bowl combine all other ingredients
  • Toss with shrimp and let marinate for 10 minutes
  • Heat grill to medium heat
  • Skewer shrimp using bamboo skewers
  • Cook for 3 minutes each side
