Ingredients
- 1.5 lb peeled and deveined shrimp (about 25 U-16 shrimp)
- 2 tbsp lime juice 1/2 a lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- After cleaning shrimp, pat dry thoroughly
- In a mixing bowl combine all other ingredients
- Toss with shrimp and let marinate for 10 minutes
- Heat grill to medium heat
- Skewer shrimp using bamboo skewers
- Cook for 3 minutes each side
