TUDCA: Liver Health Supplement

TUDCA (tauroursodeoxycholic acid) is a bile acid our body naturally forms to support the digestion of fats and oils, helping detoxify the gut and liver. However, the human body only produces small amounts of TUDCA. In a healthy person, digestion re-circulates some 95% of the body’s bile salts. Poor diet, decreased liver function, and certain medications can impair this process.

TUDCA helps support healthy fat metabolism and digestion, improving nutrient absorption and promoting better overall gut health. It also protects and strengthens cells by reducing stress within them and supporting mitochondrial function, which is essential for energy production.
