How To Use
Apply to clean, dry skin on key lymphatic points such as the neck, collarbones, underarms, elbows, groin and backs of the knees, or on puffy areas like the jawline and under-eyes. Tap each dot 5 to 10 times to activate it. After applying all dots, do 10 to 20 gentle calf bounces, 30 heel drops or march in place for 60 seconds, then finish with three slow belly breaths. Leave on for up to 8 hours.
