INGREDIENTS

  • 2 heads of Cauliflower
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 0.13 tsp black pepper
  • 5 cloves of roasted garlic
  • 0.25 cup of unsweetened almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 375Β°
  • Chop cauliflower into florets toss with olive oil and pepper arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet
  • Using an entire bulb of garlic, chop off top, drizzle with olive oil and arrange in center of baking sheet
  • Bake for 40 minutes
  • Combine roasted cauliflower, salt, 5 garlic cloves and almond milk in a high speed blender and blend until light and fluffy
