Ingredients
- heads of Cauliflower
- tbs olive oil
- tsp black pepper
- cloves of roasted garlic
- cup of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°
- Chop cauliflower into florets toss with olive oil and pepper arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Using an entire bulb of garlic, chop off top, drizzle with olive oil and arrange in center of baking sheet
- Bake for 40 minutes
- Combine roasted cauliflower, salt, 5 garlic cloves and almond milk in a high speed blender and blend until light and fluffy
