INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • .5 cup of coconut flour
  • 2 flax eggs
  • 1 tbs of arrowroot powder
  • 1 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1 tbs of avocado oil
  • 3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • .5 cup of oats
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • .5 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of raw cashews, soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

Mold into pie dish (rolling pin optional)

Filling:
3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp pumpkin pie
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp arrowroot powder

Toss together and arrange in pie dish
top with: stir together
1/2 cup oats
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs avocado oil
1 tsp ground flax seed
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes

Drizzle with:
Cashew cream (combine in high speed blender)
1 cup raw cashews, soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes
3/4 cup ice cold water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
