INGREDIENTS

  • 0.17 cup raw gluten free oats
  • 0.25 cup raw sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • 0.13 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup pitted dates
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor EXCEPT the cacao nibs and chia seeds
  • Process until dough like
  • Add chia and cacao to food processor and pulse to combine
  • Roll into balls by hand
  • Enjoy immediately or chill in fridge
