Probiotic Smoothie Bowl - Living with Ivey

Ingredients

  • frozen bananas
  • cup blueberries
  • cup frozen mango
  • cup oats
  • tsp raw unfiltered honey
  • cup kefir

Instructions

  • Combine above ingredients in a high speed blender until thick and creamy

Transfer to a bowl and top with:

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and enjoy!
