Ingredients
- frozen bananas
- cup blueberries
- cup frozen mango
- cup oats
- tsp raw unfiltered honey
- cup kefir
Instructions
- Combine above ingredients in a high speed blender until thick and creamy
Transfer to a bowl and top with:
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and enjoy!
