Tastes exactly like a mint chocolate chip milkshake, but full of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, plant protein, vitals C and K and calcium.

Ingredients

  • tablespoons fresh mint (or 1 teaspoon peppermint extract)
  • frozen bananas
  • cup of kale
  • tablespoons hemp seeds
  • teaspoon spirulina
  • tablespoon cacao nibs
  • cup almond milk

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until creamy.
