Overnight Oats - Living with Ivey

Ingredients

  • cup sprouted organic gluten free oats
  • cup unsweetened almond milk ingredients should be just almonds, water and sea salt
  • tbsp chia seeds
  • tbsp maple syrup
  • cup fresh berries
  • tbsp hemp or pumpkin seeds or nuts

Instructions

  • Place oats, almond milk, chia seeds and maple syrup in a mason jar
  • Shake or stir to combine
  • Refrigerate overnight, or for 8 hours
  • Serve with fresh berries, seeds or nuts
