INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 cup sprouted organic gluten free oats
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened almond milk ingredients should be just almonds, water and sea salt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup fresh berries
  • 1 tbsp hemp or pumpkin seeds or nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place oats, almond milk, chia seeds and maple syrup in a mason jar
  • Shake or stir to combine
  • Refrigerate overnight, or for 8 hours
  • Serve with fresh berries, seeds or nuts
