Ingredients
- cup sprouted organic gluten free oats
- cup unsweetened almond milk ingredients should be just almonds, water and sea salt
- tbsp chia seeds
- tbsp maple syrup
- cup fresh berries
- tbsp hemp or pumpkin seeds or nuts
Instructions
- Place oats, almond milk, chia seeds and maple syrup in a mason jar
- Shake or stir to combine
- Refrigerate overnight, or for 8 hours
- Serve with fresh berries, seeds or nuts
