Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Refined Sugar-Free

Ingredients

frozen bananas
cup soaked and drained cashews (either soaked overnight in enough water to cover or soaked for 1 hour in hot water)
tsp vanilla extract
tbs almond or cashew milk

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender for 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides as you go.
Enjoy as is, or let set in the freezer for 1 hour and scoop into ice cream scoops.
Serve over Stewed Apples
