INGREDIENTS

  • 0.25 cup frozen raspberries
  • 0.25 cup pitted dates
  • 0.38 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.13 cup raw almonds
  • 0.25 pinch sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients, except chocolate, in a food processor and pulse until dough forms
  • Form into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet
  • Place baking sheet into the fridge while you do the next step
  • Using a double boiling method, melt chocolate of your choice. You may need two add a little coconut oil to get the texture right.
  • Drizzle your melted chocolate over your love bites and place into fridge to chill for 30 minutes before enjoying.
