INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe bananas
  • 0.08 cup almond butter
  • 0.67 tbsp honey
  • 0.33 egg
  • 0.67 tbsp avocado oil
  • 0.33 tsp vanilla
  • 0.33 cup oats
  • 0.33 cup oat flour
  • 0.17 cup almond flour
  • 0.67 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 0.67 tbsp brewer’s yeast
  • 0.17 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.08 tsp baking powder
  • 0.17 cup chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Mix together wet ingredients first: banana, egg, avocado oil, vanilla extract and honey (I like using a standing mixer)
  • Add in dry ingredients and mix together
  • Using an ice cream scoop, place cookie dough balls onto parchment lined baking sheet
  • Bake for 16 minutes
