  • frozen banana
  • cup blueberries
  • cup walnuts
  • tbsp raw almond butter
  • tbsp chia seeds
  • tbsp ground flax seeds
  • tbsp hemp seeds
  • tsp freshly grated ginger (about a 1 inch cube)
  • tsp raw unfiltered honey
  • cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until creamy.
