INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cup blueberries
  • 0.25 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger (about a 1 inch cube)
  • 0.5 tsp raw unfiltered honey
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until creamy.
