INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 0.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 date
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy

PRO TIP: Add a scoop of Truvani Protein Powder for an extra 20 grams of protein. I recommend Vanilla, but get creative.
