INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 ripe banana
  • 0.5 egg
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.17 cup oat flour
  • 0.5 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 0.5 tbsp avocado oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients (except avocado oil) in a bowl using a whisk or hand mixer
  • Using a pan or skillet lightly coated with avocado oil over medium heat, spoon batter into pan and cook for 3 minutes each side or until browned and cooked through
  • Top with berries and a drizzle of maple syrup and enjoy!
