INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 cups raw organic almonds
  • 0.75 cup pitted dates
  • 0.5 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 0.5 tablespoon chia seed
  • 0.25 cup raw almond butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.06 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoons coconut sugar (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients, except the coconut sugar, in a food processor and pulse until roughly combined into a dough (you want a little bit on chunkiness from the almonds)
  • Form into balls and roll in coconut sugar to lightly coat. (optional)
  • Refrigerate and enjoy!
