Amazeballs - Living with Ivey

Description

Throwing it back to my Sweet Ivey’s Bakery days. These were one of my best sellers. Gluten free, raw, vegan, and full of plant protein.

Ingredients

  • cups raw organic almonds
  • cup pitted dates
  • tablespoon ground flax seed
  • tablespoon chia seed
  • cup raw almond butter
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • tablespoons coconut sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, except the coconut sugar, in a food processor and pulse until roughly combined into a dough (you want a little bit on chunkiness from the almonds)
  • Form into balls and roll in coconut sugar to lightly coat. (optional)
  • Refrigerate and enjoy!
