Almond Butter - Living with Ivey

Description

Easy, ready in 30 minutes, and you might never want store bought again.

Ingredients

  • cups raw almonds
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • (a drop) of raw unfiltered honey

Instructions

  • Roast Almonds on a parchment lined baking sheet at 350Β° for 10 minutes
  • Let cool for 5 minutes
  • Using a food processor or blender, blend roasted almonds for 3-4 minuted until creamy
  • Add in cinnamon, vanilla , sea salt and honey and blend for 30 seconds
  • Transfer to a mason jar and keep in fridge for up to 4 weeks
