Simply Roasted Cauliflower - Living with Ivey

Ingredients

  • head of cauliflower
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • minced garlic cloves or 2 teaspoons of garlic seasoning
  • lemon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400Β°
  • On a parchment lined baking sheet add cauliflower, garlic and olive oil and toss to combine
  • Roast for 40 minutes, until golden brown and crispy
  • Finish with half a lemon squeezed and sea salt
