Ingredients
- cups of green beans
- cup water
- tbs olive oil
- minced garlic clove
- tbs balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a lidded skillet or sauté pan, add green beans, garlic, water and olive oil
- Cover with lid and cook on high for 6 minutes
- Uncover and add 2 tbs balsamic vinegar and cook without the lid for 30 seconds to 1 minute (until liquid is evaporated)
- Add salt and pepper to taste
