INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cups of green beans
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.5 tbs olive oil
  • 0.5 minced garlic clove
  • 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a lidded skillet or sauté pan, add green beans, garlic, water and olive oil
  • Cover with lid and cook on high for 6 minutes
  • Uncover and add 2 tbs balsamic vinegar and cook without the lid for 30 seconds to 1 minute (until liquid is evaporated)
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
