INSTRUCTIONS
- Using a wet cloth, wipe off any dirt from mushroom. Do not submerge in water! Don't worry about any bacteria, cooking will kill anything off.
- Finely mince garlic cloves
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, balsamic and olive oil and stir to combine
- Rub the outside of your mushroom caps with a little of the mixture, mainly olive oil and place gill side up on a platter
- Using a spoon, drizzle two spoonfuls of the balsamic, garlic, olive oil mixture into the mushroom caps
- Grill gill side up on medium high heat for 10-15 minutes until tender and caramelized
- Finish with fresh cracked pepper. No salt needed!
