INGREDIENTS

  • 1 - 1.5 portobello mushrooms
  • 0.75 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 0.06 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 cloves garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Using a wet cloth, wipe off any dirt from mushroom. Do not submerge in water! Don't worry about any bacteria, cooking will kill anything off.
  • Finely mince garlic cloves
  • In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, balsamic and olive oil and stir to combine
  • Rub the outside of your mushroom caps with a little of the mixture, mainly olive oil and place gill side up on a platter
  • Using a spoon, drizzle two spoonfuls of the balsamic, garlic, olive oil mixture into the mushroom caps
  • Grill gill side up on medium high heat for 10-15 minutes until tender and caramelized
  • Finish with fresh cracked pepper. No salt needed!
