INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 lb Brussels sprouts, outer leaves removed and shaved using slicing blade in a food processor. (You can also use a mandolin or a knife)
  • 0.5 bunch of lacinato kale, de- stemmed and chopped into strips
  • TAHINI DRESSING

  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 0.5 tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp lemon
  • 1 tbsp acv
  • 0.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tbsp Dijon
  • 0.25 shallot minced
  • 0.13 cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Toss by hand with tahini dressing 

Garnish with sliced almonds and unsweetened dried currants (can also use raisins)
