PUMPKIN SEEDS: high in magnesium and antioxidants, cleansing the cardiovascular system

Ingredients

  • head of broccoli, chopped into small florets
  • bushel of lacinato (Dino) kale, de-stemmed and chopped into strips
  • various rainbow carrots
  • avocado thinly sliced or diced
  • tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • tbsp chopped parsley
  • Arrange salad beginning with kale
  • Juice of 1 large lemon (1/4+ cup)
  • tsp honey
  • tbsp Dijon mustard
  • in peeled turmeric
  • cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Using a high speed blender, combine all ingredients, except olive oil
  • Add in olive oil last and gradually while blending
