INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 head of broccoli, chopped into small florets
  • 0.5 bushel of lacinato (Dino) kale, de-stemmed and chopped into strips
  • 2 various rainbow carrots
  • 0.5 avocado thinly sliced or diced
  • 0.5 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Arrange salad beginning with kale
  • TURMERIC DRESSING

  • 0.5 Juice of 1 large lemon (1/4+ cup)
  • 0.75 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 in peeled turmeric
  • 0.33 cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Using a high speed blender, combine all ingredients, except olive oil
  • Add in olive oil last and gradually while blending
