Ingredients

chicken breasts
cup chicken broth
limes, juiced
tbsp olive oil
tbsp honey
minced garlic clove
tsp cumin
tsp chili powder
tsp salt
tsp pepper

Instructions

Add all ingredients to the instant pot and stir to combine
Seal lid (Be sure to turn valve to seal)
Pressure cook for 15 minutes
Carefully release pressure
Shred using two forks
Garnish with fresh cilantro
