INGREDIENTS

    Chicken

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic salt
  • Medley

  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 thinly sliced shallot
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Chicken

  • Rinse and pat dry chicken breast thoroughly
  • Sprinkle chicken breast with garlic salt
  • Using a cast iron pan, heat two tablespoons olive oil over medium high heat
  • Add chicken breast and cook for 3-4 minutes each side

Green Beans & Tomatoes

  • Using a lidded sauté pan, add green beans, water and olive oil
  • Turn heat to medium high, cook for 5 minutes with lid on to steam cook
  • Remove lid, add garlic, shallots and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
  • Finish with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and toss to combine
  • Transfer to plate and top with chicken breast
  • Garnish with lemon wedge, sea salt flakes
