Ingredients

chicken breast
tbsp olive oil
tsp garlic salt
cup halved cherry tomatoes
thinly sliced shallot
minced garlic clove
cup green beans
tbsp olive oil
tbsp water
tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Chicken

Rinse and pat dry chicken breast thoroughly
Sprinkle chicken breast with garlic salt
Using a cast iron pan, heat two tablespoons olive oil over medium high heat
Add chicken breast and cook for 3-4 minutes each side

Green Beans & Tomatoes

Using a lidded sauté pan, add green beans, water and olive oil
Turn heat to medium high, cook for 5 minutes with lid on to steam cook
Remove lid, add garlic, shallots and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
Finish with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and toss to combine
Transfer to plate and top with chicken breast
Garnish with lemon wedge, sea salt flakes
