Vegan, gluten-free, and only 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • cup chickpea flour
  • cup water
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon dried seasoning (Italian, basil or oregano)
  • tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together chickpea flour, water, salt and dried seasoning.
  • In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat
  • Pour batter in to fill pan (like a large pancake)
  • Cook for 3 minutes on each side
  • Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet to add toppings.
