Vegan, gluten-free, and only 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

cup chickpea flour
cup water
teaspoon sea salt
teaspoon dried seasoning (Italian, basil or oregano)
tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

In a bowl whisk together chickpea flour, water, salt and dried seasoning.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat
Pour batter in to fill pan (like a large pancake)
Cook for 3 minutes on each side
Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet to add toppings.
