INGREDIENTS

  • 1 inches turmeric
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/5 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white or yellow miso
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients, except water and olive oil, in a high speed blender
  • Blend to combine, gradually adding water and olive oil last while blender runs on lower speed
