Turmeric Dressing - Living with Ivey

Ingredients

Juice of 1 large lemon (1/4+ cup)
tsp honey
tbsp Dijon mustard
inches of peeled turmeric
cup olive oil

Instructions

Using a high speed blender, combine all ingredients except olive oil, until thoroughly combined
With blender running, gradually add in olive oil to emulsify
