Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 date (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Using a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until thick and creamy.
