INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 pound of sushi grade ahi tuna
  • 0.5 English cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 0.5 diced avocado
  • 0.5 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoons lime juice (half a lime)
  • 1 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 0.5 tbs chopped chives
  • 0.5 tsp toasted sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Slice tuna into 1/2 inch cubes

Whisk together:

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (half a lime)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • Combine tuna cubes and dressing in a bowl and set aside
  • Using a steel food tower form, arrange diced cucumber and avocado in layers, adding tuna last
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro, chives and sesame seeds
