Salmon Sashimi - Living with Ivey

Ingredients

  • pounds salmon, sliced into sashimi slices
  • avocados, sliced
  • cup cilantro
  • tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • cup coconut aminos
  • tablespoons lime juice (1/2 lime)
  • tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • teaspoon honey
  • tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice (1 large orange wedge)

Instructions

  • Arrange Sashimi and drizzle with ponzu sauce
  • Add a drizzle of white truffle oil (optional)
  • Garnish with cilantro and toasted sesame seeds
