INGREDIENTS

  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.13 cup Raw pumpkin seeds
  • 0.13 cup Raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 0.5 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic & herb seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 0.13 cup Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse into a dough.
  • Using two sheets of parchment with dough between, roll out using a rolling pin into a 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Break apart by hand into cracker sized pieces.
  • Enjoy with hummus, guacamole, or all on their own!
