INGREDIENTS

  • 1.33 ripe avocados
  • 0.17 small red onion
  • 0.67 tablespoons lime juice (half a lime)
  • 0.17 a jalapeño
  • 0.33 garlic clove
  • 0.04 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.08 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.17 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 0.67 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 0.08 cup chopped tomato (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Thinly slice red onion using a mandolin and chop or mince
  • Core and seed jalapeño and chop or mince
  • Grate or mince garlic clove
  • Combine all in a bowl and gently mix together with a fork
