Description

The best guacamole you will ever have. Rich in fiber, potassium and good fats, avocados are one of the best foods to add into your diet.

Ingredients

  • ripe avocados
  • small red onion
  • tablespoons lime juice (half a lime)
  • a jalapeΓ±o
  • garlic clove
  • teaspoon ground cumin
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon fine sea salt
  • tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • cup chopped tomato (optional)

Instructions

  • Thinly slice red onion using a mandolin and chop or mince
  • Core and seed jalapeΓ±o and chop or mince
  • Grate or mince garlic clove
  • Combine all in a bowl and gently mix together with a fork
