Deviled Eggs - Living with Ivey

Ingredients

  • eggs
  • avocado
  • tsp apple cider vinegar
  • tsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  • Add whole eggs to a lidded pot and fill with enough water to cover
  • Bring to a boil
  • Once boiling, remove from heat and let eggs sit in the water for 10 minutes
  • Using a slotted spoon, remove eggs and place into bowl of ice water for 5 minutes
  • Peel and half eggs, removing yolks and placing into a mixing bowl
  • Combine yolks, avocado, mustard, and apple cider vinegar using a whisk, hand mixer or a fork
  • Spoon mixture into halved egg whites
  • Garnish with salt, pepper and paprika
