Purity EASE is our dark roast coffee, carefully roasted to avoid unhealthy levels of PAH by stopping before critical temperatures are reached. This roast profile is designed based on scientific findings and may benefit individuals with digestive issues while offering positive effects on brain function. Compared to Purity FLOW, Purity EASE has lower antioxidant capacity due to reduced chlorogenic acids but is gentler on the stomach for some individuals. Additionally, it has lower acrylamide levels and is classified as a dark-medium roast, well below the PAH temperatures of traditional dark roasts like Italian or French.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.
