This light-medium roasted coffee, featuring sweet citrus notes, is specially sourced and roasted for liver care and metabolic vitality, boasting the highest antioxidant activity and the highest concentration of CGA among all our coffees.

100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee Purity Coffee contains only high quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
