This Olive Oil was made by Philip Asquith - a fourth-generation Olive farmer, who gently infused his liquid gold with organic Artichoke Garlic. The result is a flavorful Oil that combines the peppery greenness of the Olive Oil, which contains their famous blend of Mission, Picual, Leccino, Pendolino, and Frantoio Olive varietals, with the buttery complexities of the Garlic. Their olives are grown on a multi-generational family-run farm, and are hand-selected at peak ripeness then pressed immediately to ensure critical freshness

The paste from pressing olives is turned into natural compost tea to fertilize the trees and benefit pollinators
They also irrigate their groves with water from their pond, which is rich in soil-beneficial micro-organisms
