INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash tongue scraper with soap and warm water before use.
2. Hold by the handles and place the round end on the back of your tongue.
3. Drag the scraper down toward the tip, applying light pressure.
4. Rinse after each scrape and repeat as needed.
